Embedded
Embedded is a negotiated plan that includes a forward-deployed engineer. Credits, storage, payment terms, and billing interval depend on the agreement for your workspace. Use the plan details shown in Billing and your agreement rather than applying the fixed-plan table to Embedded.
What every plan includes
Every plan includes unlimited users, agents, shared agents, and installed apps. Plans differ only in monthly credits and storage.
Storage limits file writes across the relevant workspace storage paths.
Credits and renewal
Plan credits refill to the monthly quota. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Credits are not sold separately from a plan. On Growth and Embedded contracts billed through Stripe in USD, an administrator can turn on pay as you go: agents keep running past the plan at $0.002 per credit, up to a monthly cap (Embedded can run without one), billed with the next invoice. Extra credits, such as credits granted by support or bought before credit packs were retired, are tracked separately, do not expire, and are used after the plan balance is exhausted.
A credit is a unit of usage value, not a promise of one message or one task. Different models and operations consume different amounts. See Usage and credits.
Existing Free workspaces keep their current credit balance until their next monthly renewal. At that renewal, the plan balance resets to 500 credits; unused plan credits do not roll over. Renewals follow the workspace’s monthly billing anniversary.
Change your plan
An administrator can open Settings → Billing to inspect the current plan and available subscription controls. See Subscriptions and payments before changing or cancelling a subscription. The public pricing page provides the current commercial overview.
