Themes & preferences

Make Opser comfortable to use, from the color palette to the page you open first.

Personal settings

Open Settings. Profile and Notifications come first in the Personal section, followed by Mobile devices, where a single-use QR code connects the Opser mobile app to your account and connected phones can be reviewed or signed out. General contains language and home-page settings; Appearance has its own page. An agent’s voice is configured with that agent, in its General settings.

The docs site has its own theme control in the header. Changing the docs theme does not change your Opser account preferences.

Customize the appearance

Open Settings → Appearance. The app’s appearance controls include palette, shape, font, and icon presets, with custom palette options where shown. Choose a readable combination and check both dense app views and conversation screens. Reset the appearance if you want to return to the defaults.

These choices affect your personal experience. They do not change another teammate’s preferred theme.

Set your language

Open Settings → General. Choose your preferred interface language from English, Italian, Spanish, German, or French. The language selection applies immediately in the supported platform interface. Separately provided apps may have different translation coverage.

These docs are available in the same five languages. Use the language menu in the docs header to switch languages while staying on the same guide. The docs language is separate from your Opser account preference.

Choose your home page

Open Settings → General. Use the home-page selector to pick from the destinations available to your account. This controls where you land when opening Opser. A destination must be available to you; changing the home page does not grant access to an app.

If a preference does not stick

Wait for the save to finish and check for an error message. Refresh the page once. For an unavailable home destination, ask an administrator to inspect your permissions or whether the app is still installed.
