The sidebar brings together your agents, installed apps, and workspace destinations. Use Inbox for platform notifications and Automations for automated work. An installed Email app has its own mail inbox; it is separate from the platform Inbox.
Your account menu opens Settings and account actions. The settings navigation groups personal preferences, workspace administration, and developer tools.
Personal settings
These settings are about your own experience:
- Preferences: appearance, language, and home page.
- Profile: account details and password.
- Notifications: how you hear about workspace activity.
- Activity: what you did and what agents did for you.
- Context: information that helps your personal agent work with you.
Workspace administration
Administrators configure organization information, add users, and manage billing. Specific permissions can grant access to app management, usage reporting, storage, and access administration.

When a setting is missing
The navigation reflects your permissions. If you do not see a workspace setting or cannot open an app, ask an administrator to review your access. Refresh after permissions change. If the problem continues, use the troubleshooting guide.
Find a page or record
Use workspace search or ⌘ K / Ctrl K to open destinations and find supported app records. Search respects your access and the capabilities each installed app exposes.
