Database & storage
Understand the administration tools for business data and workspace files.

Authorized administrators can open Settings → Database to inspect the data surfaces available in their environment. Use the app interface for routine business work; the database view is intended for technical administration.
Understand the owning app and the records affected before making changes. A change outside the normal workflow may not provide the same user guidance as the app’s form. Avoid modifying unfamiliar structures just to clear an error.
Storage administration
The Storage area is available with the relevant storage-management permission. It helps authorized users inspect stored files. Workspace storage can include uploads and artifacts produced by apps and agents.
Storage administration is separate from files managed by installed apps and the agent’s Files area. The same business workflow can involve more than one of these surfaces.
Plan allowances
Your plan includes a storage allowance. If uploads or generated files fail at a limit, review usage and decide what to retain or whether to change the plan. Credits and storage are separate allowances; buying credits does not itself add storage.
Before removing data
Check which app or record references a file and whether it must be retained. Use a supported app-level archive or trash action when that is the intended workflow. Permanent deletion can affect links and records that still refer to the content.
For access changes, use Permissions rather than deleting records to hide them from a person.
