Open Organization

Administrators can open Settings → Organization. Its tabs divide the page: General displays the organization identity and provides controls for the logo, timezone, and currency; Company holds the company details, Templates the reusable company templates and additional context, and Payments the business's Stripe account.

The organization name is supplied by the workspace configuration and is not edited through the same form as the other fields. Contact the workspace operator if that identity needs to change.

Upload the correct organization logo and inspect the preview. Choose an image that remains clear at the small sizes used in the interface.

Check timezone and currency

Choose the timezone that reflects the organization’s operations and its default currency. Save the changes and review any workflow where those defaults matter.

A default currency does not convert historical financial records or make mixed-currency totals comparable. A timezone default is also not a substitute for checking the timezone on an important schedule.

Define templates

Use Templates to define reusable documents, media, workflows, social posts, and other company outputs. Add content or examples, instructions, and optional reference files. Agents receive these templates for matching tasks. See Templates.

Add business context

Use Additional context in Settings → Organization → Templates for information about the business that agents should understand. Organization context and personal context have different scopes; see Context and memory.

Review with your team

Tell the relevant people when changing a shared default. Check schedules and financial workflows if they rely on the affected setting.
