Opser keeps an activity log with one entry for each thing someone did: a record created or changed in an app, a setting or permission changed, a sign-in, a conversation started, an action an agent took for someone, an automation that ran. Opening pages, searching, and reading records are not recorded. Only actions that changed or sent something are.
Open Settings → Activity to see the log, newest first and grouped by day. Each entry shows who acted and what they did, the app or conversation it happened in, whom an agent acted for, how it came in (web, mobile app, chat, or automation), and whether it failed or was refused.
Who sees what
Everyone sees their own activity, including what agents did for them. People with the View everyone's activity in the workspace permission can switch to Everyone to see the whole workspace; administrators have it by default. Grant it on the permissions page to someone who needs to review the workspace without being an administrator. They see what others did, in which app and to which record, but not the record's own words, such as an email's subject, a note's title or a conversation's title; those appear only in each person's own activity.
How entries are recorded
Opser records each entry itself, at the moment it handles the action. The app that performed the action never writes its own entry, so an app cannot leave an action out or attribute it to someone else. When an agent acts, Opser records the agent and checks the person it says it acted for: someone in that conversation, the person who set up the automation, or the owner of a personal agent.
Entries cannot be edited or deleted. A refused sign-in for your account appears in your own log, so you can spot attempts you did not make.
Ask your agent
Your agent can read your activity. Ask "what did I change last week?", "who updated this order?", or "did the Monday automation run?". It reads only what you could see on this page. The default weekly review uses the same log to suggest improvements based on how you actually work.
How long entries are kept
Entries are kept for one year and then removed. When an account is deleted, the person is removed from every entry that names them: what happened and when remain, but not who.
