Start with the story

Tell the agent who the presentation is for, what decision it should support, and how long you have to present. Provide source material and any brand or template requirements.

Create a six-slide monthly operations review for our leadership team. Use the attached report. Cover results, missed targets, causes, and next month’s priorities. Keep all numbers traceable to the source.

Ask for an outline first when the topic is complex. It is easier to change the story before producing all the slides.

Create and refine the deck

The presentation capability and Presentation Creation skill help structure and generate a deck. Review the output artifact, then request specific revisions: simplify a crowded slide, clarify a chart, or move detail into supporting material.

Check the final artifact

Open the presentation in the application you intend to use. Check text overflow, image cropping, chart labels, fonts, and the accuracy of figures. Confirm that each slide communicates one useful point and that the sequence supports the intended conclusion.
