Open Settings → Members with permission to invite people. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can invite as many people as you need.
Invite people
- Select Invite.
- Type each email address and press Enter, or paste a list.
- Choose their role. A Member uses the apps you give them, and can create their own agents and build apps (an admin installs them). An Admin also manages people, apps, settings and billing. Only admins can make someone an admin.
- Choose their apps. All apps includes apps added later; turn it off to pick specific apps.
- Send the invitations.
You can only give access that you have yourself. Each person receives an email with a link to join. They enter their name and choose their own password, so nobody sets a password for them. The link expires after seven days.
Manage pending invitations
People you invite show as invited in the list until they join. Open someone's page to send the invitation again or to revoke it. Revoking removes the person, who never joined.
Change access or remove someone
Open a person's page and select Permissions to change their role and apps. When a role and apps aren't enough, open Advanced permissions to use access groups and individual permissions.
Only admins install apps by default. To let someone install apps without making them an admin, turn on Install, update and remove apps in their advanced permissions.
To remove someone, open their page and select Remove from workspace. They can no longer sign in, and you can invite them again later. Make an admin a member before removing them. For a departing teammate, also review shared-agent access, external accounts, and any automations that depend on them.
Their personal agent uses their permissions. See Permissions and access groups for how roles, groups and individual permissions combine. An employee or contact record in an app is separate from an Opser sign-in account.
