Open your team's workspace

Each Opser workspace has its own address. To find yours, open Log in on the Opser website, verify your email with the code sent to your inbox, and choose a workspace. You will then sign in on that workspace’s own login page. Verification on the website only reveals your workspace links; it does not sign you in.

Use the link provided when your organization was set up, or ask your administrator for it. These public docs are separate from your private workspace and do not sign you in.

If you are joining a team, ask an administrator to add your account and provide the workspace link. A new workspace is a separate environment, so do not create one when you intend to join the existing team.

Sign in and verify your email

Sign inFictional data

Maya signs in to the fictional Northstar workspace with maya@northstar.example and a password. These fields are an illustration.

Sign in with your account email and password. When prompted, enter the verification code sent to that email address. The sign-in flow shows the verification step; keep the code private and use it there.

If the code expires, start a fresh sign-in and use the new code. If the message does not arrive, check the email address and spam folder. Ask your administrator for help if verification email cannot be delivered.

Invited to a workspace? Open the link in your invitation email, enter your name and choose a password. You're signed in straight away.

Start a new workspace

Use the Opser signup page to begin setup. Review the workspace and plan details shown there. For help choosing a setup, contact Opser.

Once you are inside, tell your personal agent about your business or give it a first task. Add stable company information in Context so future work has a useful starting point.

Recover access

If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password on your workspace's sign-in page. Enter your account email, open the reset link from the email, and choose a new password. A reset link is for one use; request a new one if it is invalid or expired.

Use the correct workspace address for recovery. If you still cannot sign in, ask your administrator to check your account and include the visible error in a support request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or reset links to an agent or support conversation.
