Open Billing

Administrators can open Settings → Billing. Check the current plan, billing interval, renewal or cancellation date, and the payment history shown for your workspace.

Some environments do not have self-service billing configured. Negotiated or operator-managed plans can have different controls from card subscriptions. If a control is unavailable, follow the contact or management path shown in the interface.

Subscribe or change a plan

To move from Free to Growth, use the plan selection flow and review the checkout details before paying. Confirm the plan, currency, taxes, and payment amount. The workspace’s effective entitlement should be checked after the successful checkout and billing update.

Growth is billed monthly. With pay as you go on, the monthly invoice also carries the previous month's extra usage. Embedded is arranged by agreement rather than through checkout. To change an existing subscription, use the billing-management control or contact support.

Do not assume a plan change is complete solely because you clicked the selection button. Return to Billing and confirm the resulting plan.

Manage payment details

Use the billing-management control when available to open the payment provider’s portal. Manage the supported payment methods and subscription actions there. The Billing page also shows payment history and links to available payment documents.

Cancellation

Check the cancellation date shown in Billing. A subscription scheduled to cancel can remain active until the end of its paid period. Once cancellation takes effect, the workspace falls back to the applicable default plan.

Before downgrading, compare your current storage use with the new plan’s storage and check whether its monthly credits cover your usage. Pay-as-you-go usage not yet billed goes on a final invoice when the subscription ends, and pay as you go turns off. Do not assume cancellation automatically exports or deletes your business records.

Failed or delayed payments

Check for a failed-payment state, update the payment method if needed, and inspect the provider’s result. A failed card renewal can prevent a fresh credit grant and pauses pay as you go until it is paid. If a successful payment has not appeared, collect the payment reference and contact support instead of repeatedly purchasing the same item.
