An app or setting is missing

Check that you are in the correct workspace and signed in as the intended user. Ask an administrator to verify the app is installed and inspect your effective permissions, including access groups and app-specific sharing.

Refresh after access changes. A hidden setting often reflects permissions rather than a broken page.

The agent cannot complete a task

Read the latest tool result and check:

Correct the specific missing dependency, then retry a small step. Changing models does not fix a missing permission or disconnected account.

A change may have completed twice

After a network error, inspect the target record before repeating a write. A browser interruption does not prove that the server cancelled the operation. Search for an existing task, order, invoice, or message before creating another.

A scheduled run failed

Open automation history and inspect the run. Check timezone, agent access, connection state, credits, and approvals. Review the existing schedule before creating a replacement that could run in parallel.

A file cannot be opened or saved

Check the upload result, file format, access to the containing app or folder, and available storage. For a generated file, inspect the tool result and use its artifact link. Preserve the original when asking the agent to repair or transform a complex file.

A payment is not reflected

Inspect Billing and the payment provider’s status. Record the payment reference and contact support if the transaction succeeded but your workspace has not updated. Avoid repeated purchases while the original payment is unresolved.
